To delete a media file, in the Media Library click on the List View Icon next to the Grid View Icon and your media files will show in a Grid format. Hover over the file you want to delete and click on Delete Permanently. A popup box will appear asking if you really want to delete the File, click on OK to confirm or Cancel to abort.
Alternatively, if your media files are in Grid View, click on the file you want to delete and the file will open. Scroll to the buttom and click on delete permanently.
